Jerk (2019)

Jerk centers on Tim Renkow, a celebrated stand-up comedian who portrays a fictionalized version of himself. As an American art school dropout navigating visa challenges in the UK, Tim faces constant judgment due to his cerebral palsy. However, the misconceptions about him reveal a sharp-witted and unapologetic persona, often at odds with how others perceive his disability. Through humor and candid moments, the show explores Tim's struggles and triumphs as he confronts societal attitudes while showcasing his brash, irreverent personality beneath the vulnerable exterior.
