Multiple TMF/A-802 BuCUE units launch an assault on the Archangel. Kira scrambles and engages the ZAFT attackers, though the desert terrain throws him off. His quick adaptation impresses ZAFT commander Andrew Waltfeld. Just as the Strike nears exhaustion, a resistance group intervenes, drawing the surviving BuCUEs into an explosive ambush.
