As the massive indoor skate park Skateopia prepares to open, it poses a significant threat to Conroy's Mad Town. The Rocket gang promises to remain loyal to their old favorite spot. However, when Otto scores some complimentary passes for an exclusive preview of Skateopia, he finds it hard to say no. Will Rocket Boy choose the allure of Skateopia's impressive ramps over the familiarity of Mad Town, or will he discover that the new place isn’t as great as it seems?
