As the war rages on, Magilumiere and AST at last agree to join forces. Shigemoto grants AST complete access to the Alice System's technology, allowing both companies to merge their strengths and share it among all their Magical Girls. Meanwhile, Tsuchiba comes dangerously close to losing command of her magic.
